The Lancaster Golden Gales softball team scored 12 runs and held the visiting Logan Chieftains to 1 in the Golden Gales league win on Thursday.

The Golden Gales now sport a 13-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Springfield for a non-league battle on Saturday, April 26. Lancaster will confront a Blue Devils team coming off a 9-5 league loss to Clay (Oregon, OH). The Blue Devils record now stands at 11-6.

With the loss, Logan moves to 5-11 on the season. The Chieftains host Sheridan (Thornville, OH) to confront the Generals in a non-league battle on Saturday, April 26. The Generals come into the battle with a record of 13-4. Sheridan won 8-0 in their recent league battle against Tri-Valley (Dresden, OH)
