In Friday's league game, the host Caney Valley Bullpups baseball team scored a nice 15-0 win over the Bluestem Lions.

The Bullpups (10-6) will now prepare for their game against Field Kindley (Coffeyville, KS). The Golden Tornado go into the non-league game with a 3-7 record. In their last game, Field Kindley knocked off Parsons (Parsons, KS), 13-1, in a league game.

Next, the Lions play the Udall Eagles (Udall, KS) in a non-league game, on Monday, April 27. Bluestem will attempt to improve on its 4-12 season record. The Eagles go into the game with a 3-10 record after their 10-1 league loss to Cedar Vale/Dexter (Cedar Vale, KS).
