The Notre Dame-Green Pond Crusaders crushed the host Bangor Slaters baseball team by a count of 8-1 in Monday's league bout.

The Crusaders now possess a 12-1 record. They play next when they travel to Palisades for a Colonial test on Wednesday, April 27. Notre Dame-Green Pond will battle a Pirates squad coming off a 23-3 league win over Northern Lehigh (Slatington, PA). The Pirates record now stands at 10-3.

With the defeat, Bangor falls to 5-8 on the season. The Slaters travel to Wilson Area (Easton, PA) to battle the Warriors in a Colonial test on Wednesday, April 27. The Warriors come into the test with a record of 5-6. Wilson Area lost 11-0 in their recent league test against Southern Lehigh (Center Valley, PA)
