The Weatherford Eagles baseball team scored 8 runs and limited the host Clinton Red Tornadoes to 4 in the Eagles league victory on Monday.
The Eagles (25-19) will now prepare for their match against Plainview (Ardmore, OK). The Indians go into the non-league match with a 7-15 record. In their last match, Plainview edged Marietta (Marietta, OK), 9-1, in a non-league match.
The Red Tornadoes (23-9) will now prepare for their match against Pauls Valley (Pauls Valley, OK). The Panthers go into the non-league match with a 6-15 record. In their last match, Pauls Valley was overwhelmed by Ada (Ada, OK), 11-1, in a non-league match.
