The Governor Thomas Johnson Patriots got by the visiting Frederick Cadets baseball team by a count of 4-3 in Monday's league bout.
The Patriots now possess a 8-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Linganore for a CMC bout on Wednesday, April 27. Governor Thomas Johnson will face a Lancers team coming off a 11-1 league loss to Urbana (Ijamsville, MD). The Lancers record now stands at 5-6.
Next, the Cadets face the Urbana Hawks (Ijamsville, MD) in a CMC bout, on Monday, May 2. Frederick will attempt to move on its 0-8 season record. The Hawks enter the bout with a 13-3 record after their 6-5 league loss to Governor Thomas Johnson (Frederick, MD).
