In Monday's non-league battle, the host Santa Fe Christian Eagles volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Clairemont Chieftains.

The Eagles (22-8) will now prepare for their battle against Pacific Ridge (Carlsbad, CA). The Firebird come into the Coastal battle with a 12-8 record. In their last bout, Pacific Ridge was outscored by Scripps Ranch (San Diego, CA), 2-0, in a non-league bout.

The Chieftains now own a 19-8 record. They play next when they host Crawford for a City Central bout on Friday, April 29. Clairemont will play a Colts squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to San Diego (San Diego, CA). The Colts record now stands at 0-7.
