The Oscar Smith Tigers baseball team scored 8 runs and limited the visiting Indian River Braves to 2 in the Tigers league victory on Monday.
The Tigers (2-4) will now prepare for their match against Deep Creek (Chesapeake, VA). The Hornets go into the match with a 2-6 record. In their last match, Deep Creek was overwhelmed by Landstown (Virginia Beach, VA), 10-0, in a non-league match.
The Braves (0-1) will now prepare for their match against Western Branch (Chesapeake, VA). The Bruins go into the match with a 7-1 record.
