The Steamboat Springs Sailors (Steamboat Springs, CO) lacrosse triumphed over the visiting Eagle Valley Devils (Gypsum, CO), 11-5 in Monday's league outing.

With the win, Steamboat Springs upgrades its record to 4-7 on the season. The Sailors travel to Summit (Frisco, CO) to meet the Tigers in a 4A Western challenge on Wednesday, April 27. The Tigers enter the challenge with a record of 1-9. Summit lost 20-4 in their recent league challenge against Eagle Valley (Gypsum, CO)

The Devils (8-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Vail Mountain (Vail, CO). The Gore Rangers enter the 4A Western challenge with a 8-2 record. In their last challenge, Vail Mountain was overwhelmed by Golden (Golden, CO), 11-7, in a non-league challenge.
