South Brunswick Cougars (Southport, NC) boosters exited the stadium content Monday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad nip the visiting New Hanover Wildcats (Wilmington, NC), 10-9 in a league battle.
The Cougars now own a 3-11 record. They take the field next when they travel to West Brunswick for a Mideastern battle on Tuesday, April 26. South Brunswick will clash with a Trojans squad coming off a 14-1 league loss to Laney (Wilmington, NC). The Trojans record now stands at 1-11.
In their next game, the Wildcats clash with the West Brunswick Trojans (Shallotte, NC) in a Mideastern battle, on Wednesday, April 27. New Hanover will attempt to advance on its 2-12 season record. The Trojans come into the battle with a 1-12 record after their 11-4 league loss to South Brunswick (Southport, NC).
