Carolina Forest Panthers (Myrtle Beach, SC) supporters were pleased Monday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Sumter Fighting Gamecocks (Sumter, SC), 4-1 in a league challenge.
Next, the Panthers confront the Waccamaw Warriors (Pawley's Island, SC) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, April 28. Carolina Forest will attempt to move on its 12-6 season record. The Warriors enter the challenge with a 13-5 record after their 3-3 non-league North Myrtle Beach (Little River, SC).
The Fighting Gamecocks now possess a 7-14 record. They take the field next when they host West Florence for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 27. Sumter will confront a Knights team coming off a 12-0 league win over Darlington (Darlington, SC). The Knights record now stands at 14-2.
