Idaho High School Softball - Jerome bounces Canyon Ridge

The Jerome Tigers routed the host Canyon Ridge Riverhawks softball squad by a final score of 15-2 in Monday's league battle.
The Tigers (11-6) will now prepare for their battle against Burley (Burley, ID). The Bobcats go into the 4A Great Basin - West battle with a 11-7 record. In their last battle, Burley was routed by Buhl (Buhl, ID), 22-13, in a non-league battle.
The Riverhawks now possess a 2-18 record. They play next when they travel to Filer for a non-league battle on Tuesday, April 26. Canyon Ridge will meet a Wildcats squad coming off a 7-5 league loss to Gooding (Gooding, ID). The Wildcats record now stands at 10-9.
