Illinois High School Softball - Lake Park bounces Glenbard North

April 25, 2022: Carol Stream, IL 60188

Spectators at Monday's league match between the Lake Park Lancers (Roselle, IL) and the host Glenbard North Panthers (Carol Stream, IL), witnessed Lake Park's softball squad tip Glenbard North by a count of 9-3.

The Lancers now sport a 9-5 record. They play next when they host Wheaton-Warrenville South for a DuKane match on Wednesday, April 27. Lake Park will meet a Tigers squad coming off a 7-2 league win over Wheaton North (Wheaton, IL). The Tigers record now stands at 9-6.

With the loss, Glenbard North moves to 6-3 on the season. The Panthers travel to Batavia (Batavia, IL) to meet the Bulldogs in a DuKane match on Tuesday, April 26. The Bulldogs go into the match with a record of 4-8. Batavia won 14-12 in their recent league match against Geneva (Geneva, IL)
