Ohio High School Softball - Utica bounces Newark Catholic

The crowd at Monday's league match between the Utica Redskins (Utica, OH) and the visiting Newark Catholic Green Wave (Newark, OH), saw Utica's softball squad achieve victory over Newark Catholic by a count of 15-7.

The Redskins now sport a 2-8 record. They take the field next when they host Johnstown-Monroe for a Licking County match on Tuesday, April 26. Utica will face a Johnnies squad coming off a 18-1 non-league win over Pleasant (Marion, OH). The Johnnies record now stands at 10-2.
