Ohio High School Baseball - Ridgemont loses to Elgin

The Ridgemont Golden Gophers baseball team (Mount Victory, OH), was overwhelmed 12-0 in Tuesday's league outing with the visiting Elgin Comets (Marion, OH)

The Comets now hold a 10-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Perry for a Northwest Central outing on Wednesday, April 26. Elgin will confront a Commodores team coming off a 6-3 league loss to Waynesfield-Goshen (Waynesfield, OH). The Commodores record now stands at 3-9.

Next, the Golden Gophers confront the Temple Christian Pioneers (Lima, OH) in a Northwest Central outing, on Thursday, April 27. Ridgemont will attempt to advance on its 9-7 season record. The Pioneers go into the outing with a 1-5 record after their 18-5 league loss to Waynesfield-Goshen (Waynesfield, OH).
