The Thompson Tommies baseball team scored 5 runs and limited the host Hillsboro/Central Valley H-CV Burros to 1 in the Tommies league victory on Tuesday.
The Tommies (4-0) will now prepare for their match against Roseau (Roseau, MN). The Rams go into the non-league match with a 2-0 record. In their last match, Roseau edged Crookston (Crookston, MN), 10-3, in a non-league match.
The H-CV Burros (0-1) will now prepare for their match against Larimore (Larimore, ND). The Polar Bears go into the Class B - Region II match with a 0-1 record. In their last match, Larimore was overwhelmed by Park River (Park River, ND), 7-5, in a non-league match.
