New York High School Baseball - Whitesboro defeats Rome Free Academy

The Whitesboro Warriors (Marcy, NY) baseball trounced the host Rome Free Academy Black Knights (Rome, NY), 15-8 in Tuesday's league contest.

Coming up next, the Warriors encounter the Vernon-Verona-Sherrill Red Devils (Verona, NY) in a Section 3 Tri-Valley contest, on Thursday, April 27. Whitesboro will attempt to better on its 6-3 season record. The Red Devils come into the contest with a 0-2 record after their 7-1 league loss to Proctor (Utica, NY).

The Black Knights now sport a 0-3 record. They play next when they travel to Cicero-North Syracuse for a non-league contest on Friday, April 28. Rome Free Academy will encounter a Northstars squad coming off a 6-1 league loss to West Genesee (Camillus, NY). The Northstars record now stands at 2-2.
