The Mustangs (8-12) will now prepare for their challenge against Silver Creek (San Jose, CA). The Raiders come into the challenge with a 7-8 record. In their last challenge, Silver Creek was edged by Westmont (Campbell, CA), 2-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Mustangs encounter the Ann Sobrato Bulldogs (Morgan Hill, CA) in a challenge, on Thursday, April 27. Gilroy will attempt to move on its 3-13 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 15-4 record after their 2-1 league loss to Piedmont Hills (San Jose, CA).
