Illinois High School Volleyball - Hinsdale South can't hold off Leyden

In Tuesday's league battle, the host Leyden Eagles volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Hinsdale South Hornets.
The Eagles (4-2) will now prepare for their battle against Maine West (Des Plaines, IL). The Warriors come into the non-league battle with a 6-9 record. In their last battle, Maine West was edged by Deerfield (Deerfield, IL), 2-0, in a league battle.
Next, the Hornets clash with the Streamwood Sabres (Streamwood, IL) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, April 29. Hinsdale South will attempt to improve on its 3-1 season record. The Sabres enter the test with a 12-5 record after their 2-1 league win over Glenbard South (Glen Ellyn, IL).
