West Virginia High School Lacrosse - Buckhannon-Upshur drops to Fairmont Senior

April 25, 2023: Fairmont, WV 26554

In Tuesday's league test, the host Fairmont Senior Polar Bears lacrosse squad scored a good 16-3 victory over the Buckhannon-Upshur Buccaneers.

The Polar Bears now have a 13-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Preston for a non-league test on Thursday, April 27. Fairmont Senior will face a Knights squad coming off a 19-1 non-league loss to Morgantown (Morgantown, WV). The Knights record now stands at 2-6.

In their next game, the Buccaneers face the George Washington Patriots (Charleston, WV) in a WVSLA - Division I test, on Thursday, April 27. Buckhannon-Upshur will attempt to move on its 6-4 season record. The Patriots come into the test with a 3-5 record after their 15-5 league win over St. Albans (St. Albans, WV).
