In Tuesday's league battle, the host Griswold Wolverines lacrosse squad scored a tight 9-8 victory over the St. Bernard Saints.
The Wolverines now have a 4-4 record. They take the field next when they host Law for a non-league battle on Saturday, April 29. Griswold will clash with a Lawmen squad coming off a 19-6 league loss to Foran (Milford, CT). The Lawmen record now stands at 1-4.
In their next game, the Saints clash with the Ledyard Colonels (Ledyard, CT) in a Eastern Connecticut - II battle, on Thursday, April 27. St. Bernard will attempt to move on its 1-4 season record.
