The Covenant Eagles lacrosse team scored 12 points and limited the visiting Virginia Episcopal School Bishops to 10 in the Eagles league triumph on Tuesday.
The Eagles (7-2) will now prepare for their game against North Cross (Roanoke, VA). The Raiders enter the VISAA Division 2 game with a 3-2 record. In their last game, North Cross was nudged by Virginia Episcopal School (Lynchburg, VA), 16-2, in a league game.
The Bishops (6-2) will now prepare for their game against Glass (Lynchburg, VA). The Hilltoppers enter the non-league game with a 7-1 record. In their last game, Glass edged Fluvanna County (Palmyra, VA), 20-1, in a non-league game.
