In Tuesday's league battle, the visiting Magna Vista Warriors soccer squad scored a good 8-0 triumph over the George Washington Eagles.
The Warriors (10-1) will now prepare for their battle against Martinsville (Martinsville, VA). The Bulldogs come into the Piedmont battle with a 1-8 record. In their last battle, Martinsville was overwhelmed by Bassett (Bassett, VA), 4-1, in a league battle.
The Eagles (1-9) will now prepare for their battle against Tunstall (Dry Fork, VA). The Trojans come into the Piedmont battle with a 4-1 record. In their last battle, Tunstall thwarted Patrick County (Stuart, VA), 4-2, in a league battle.
