Next, the Tigers confront the North Lenoir Hawks (LaGrange, NC) in a East Central 2A challenge, on Thursday, April 27. James Kenan will attempt to better on its 1-11 season record. The Hawks enter the challenge with a 6-9 record after their 2-1 league loss to Southwest Onslow (Jacksonville, NC).

The Blue Devils now have a 7-10 record. They take the field next when they host Southwest Onslow for a East Central 2A challenge on Monday, May 1. South Lenoir will confront a Stallions team coming off a 2-1 league win over North Lenoir (LaGrange, NC). The Stallions record now stands at 12-2.
