The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 12-3. Hoggard won 5-1 in their recent league bout against Laney (Wilmington, NC)

In their next game, the Trojans battle the South Brunswick Cougars (Southport, NC) in a Mideastern 3A/4A bout, on Thursday, April 27. West Brunswick will attempt to move on its 6-7 season record. The Cougars go into the bout with a 5-7 record after their 1-0 league win over North Brunswick (Leland, NC).
