Churchland Truckers (Portsmouth, VA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Norcom Greyhounds (Portsmouth, VA), 21-3 in a non-league challenge.

The Truckers now own a 3-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Nansemond River for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 26. Churchland will battle a Warriors squad coming off a 22-3 non-league win over Indian River (Chesapeake, VA). The Warriors record now stands at 3-2.

With the loss, Norcom falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Greyhounds travel to Manor (Portsmouth, VA) to battle the Mustangs in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, May 9. The Mustangs enter the challenge with a record of 0-3.
