The Hobbs Eagles softball team scored 15 runs and limited the host Clovis Wildcats to 3 in the Eagles league triumph on Tuesday.
With the triumph, Hobbs moves its record to 13-7 on the year. The Eagles host Carlsbad (Carlsbad, NM) to clash with the Cavemen in a game on Friday, April 28. The Cavemen come into the game with a record of 4-1.
In their next game, the Wildcats clash with the Roswell Coyotes (Roswell, NM) in a non-league game, on Friday, April 28. Clovis will attempt to move on its 0-5 season record.
