The McQuaid Jesuit Knights lacrosse team scored 6 points and limited the host Irondequoit Eagles to 4 in the Knights non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Knights (6-1) will now prepare for their game against St. Francis (Hamburg, NY). The Red Raiders enter the non-league game with a 8-3 record. In their last game, St. Francis edged St. Mary's (Lancaster, NY), 22-11, in a league game.
The Eagles (3-5) will now prepare for their game against Churchville-Chili (Churchville, NY). The Saints enter the Section 5 Monroe County II game with a 0-4 record.
