Mountain View Mavericks (Meridian, ID) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Centennial Patriots (Boise, ID), 15-4 in a league challenge.

The Mavericks now sport a 10-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Eagle for a 5A Southern Idaho challenge on Thursday, April 27. Mountain View will face a Mustangs squad coming off a 12-2 league win over Middleton (Middleton, ID). The Mustangs record now stands at 17-2.

With the loss, Centennial falls to 4-15 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to Nampa (Nampa, ID) to face the Bulldogs in a 5A Southern Idaho challenge on Thursday, April 27. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a record of 6-15. Nampa lost 10-0 in their recent league challenge against Capital (Boise, ID)
