California High School Softball - La Costa Canyon can't get by El Camino

The El Camino Wildcats softball team scored 4 runs and limited the host La Costa Canyon Mavericks to 3 in the Wildcats league triumph on Tuesday.
With the triumph, El Camino improves its record to 7-13 on the year. The Wildcats travel to San Pasqual (Escondido, CA) to encounter the Golden Eagles in a Palomar North County test on Wednesday, April 26. The Golden Eagles come into the test with a record of 8-8. San Pasqual won 7-3 in their recent league test against Mt. Carmel (San Diego, CA)
The Mavericks (7-7) will now prepare for their test against Carlsbad (Carlsbad, CA). The Lancers come into the Palomar North County test with a 13-4 record. In their last test, Carlsbad edged Bonita Vista (Chula Vista, CA), 8-2, in a non-league test.
