The Olean Huskies softball team scored 6 runs and limited the host Fredonia Hillbillies to 3 in the Huskies league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Olean improves its record to 8-0 on the year. The Huskies travel to Allegany-Limestone (Allegany, NY) to clash with the Gators in a Section 6 Chautauqua/Cattaraugus I game on Thursday, April 27. The Gators come into the game with a record of 1-7.

In their next game, the Hillbillies clash with the Iroquois Chiefs (Elma, NY) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, April 26. Fredonia will attempt to improve on its 3-2 season record. The Chiefs come into the game with a 3-3 record after their 16-4 league win over Amherst Central (Amherst, NY).
