Gladstone Braves (Gladstone, MI) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Menominee Maroons (Menominee, MI), 15-0 in a league challenge.

The Braves now sport a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Anchor Bay for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 29.

With the loss, Menominee falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Maroons travel to Escanaba (Escanaba, MI) to face the Eskymos in a Great Northern U.P. challenge on Thursday, April 27. The Eskymos enter the challenge with a record of 5-0. Escanaba won 13-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Bloomer (Bloomer, WI)
