North Carolina High School Softball - Union can't hold off Hobbton

The Hobbton Wildcats softball team scored 3 runs and limited the host Union Spartans to 2 in the Wildcats league triumph on Tuesday.
With the triumph, Hobbton moves its record to 4-11 on the year.
In their next game, the Spartans clash with the Clinton Dark Horses (Clinton, NC) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, April 26. Union will attempt to move on its 6-9 season record. The Dark Horses come into the game with a 1-15 record after their 18-0 league loss to Midway (Dunn, NC).
