The Pride now sport a 5-6 record. They take the field next when they host Rocky Mount Prep for a Tar Roanoke 1A challenge on Thursday, April 27. KIPP Pride will face a Jaguars squad coming off a 21-11 league loss to Northwest Halifax (Littleton, NC). The Jaguars record now stands at 4-7.

With the loss, Wilson Prep falls to 1-9 on the year. The Tigers travel to Weldon (Weldon, NC) to clash with the Chargers in a Tar Roanoke 1A game on Thursday, April 27. The Chargers come into the game with a record of 8-2. Weldon 0-0 in their recent league game against Northampton County (Gaston, NC)
