The crowd at Tuesday's league match between the North Rowan Cavaliers (Spencer, NC) and the visiting Lexington Yellowjackets (Lexington, NC), saw North Rowan's softball squad achieve victory over Lexington by a count of 13-3.

The Cavaliers now sport a 5-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to South Davidson for a Central Carolina 1A/2A match on Wednesday, April 26. North Rowan will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 8-0 league loss to West Davidson (Lexington, NC). The Wildcats record now stands at 9-8.

With the loss, Lexington falls to 2-14 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets travel to South Davidson (Denton, NC) to face the Wildcats in a non-league match on Monday, May 1. The Wildcats enter the match with a record of 10-8. South Davidson won 11-1 in their recent league match against North Rowan (Spencer, NC)
