Minnesota High School Softball - South St. Paul nudges Tartan

South St. Paul Packers (South St. Paul, MN) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Tartan Titans (Oakdale, MN), 5-4 in a league challenge.
The Packers now own a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they host Hill-Murray for a Classic Suburban challenge on Thursday, April 27. South St. Paul will battle a Pioneers squad coming off a 9-6 non-league win over Mahtomedi (Mahtomedi, MN). The Pioneers record now stands at 2-2.
With the loss, Tartan falls to 1-2 on the campaign. The Titans travel to Hill-Murray (Maplewood, MN) to battle the Pioneers in a Classic Suburban challenge on Monday, May 1. The Pioneers enter the challenge with a record of 2-3.
