The Ocracoke Dolphins baseball team scored 10 runs and limited the visiting Cape Hatteras Hurricanes to 0 in the Dolphins league victory on Thursday.
The Dolphins (6-3) will now prepare for their match against Eastern Christian HomeSchool (Washington, NC). The Trailblazers go into the non-league match with a 14-4 record. In their last match, Eastern Christian HomeSchool was overwhelmed by Raleigh HomeSchool (Raleigh, NC), 5-0, in a non-league match.
The Hurricanes (4-11) will now prepare for their match against Hobgood Charter (Hobgood, NC). The Raiders go into the Atlantic 1A match with a 7-8 record. In their last match, Hobgood Charter was overwhelmed by Bear Grass Charter (Williamston, NC), 20-1, in a league match.
