The Passaic Valley Hornets baseball team (Little Falls, NJ), was overwhelmed 9-0 in Thursday's league outing with the visiting Fair Lawn Cutters (Fair Lawn, NJ)
The Cutters now hold a 7-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ridgewood for a non-league outing on Friday, April 26. Fair Lawn will face a Maroons team coming off a 14-4 non-league win over Clifton (Clifton, NJ). The Maroons record now stands at 11-1.
Next, the Hornets face the West Milford Highlanders (West Milford, NJ) in a Big North - Independence outing, on Saturday, April 27. Passaic Valley will attempt to advance on its 8-5 season record. The Highlanders enter the outing with a 3-11 record after their 12-5 non-league loss to Passaic (Passaic, NJ).
