Virginia High School Baseball - Lewis loses to Mount Vernon

In Thursday's league game, the visiting Mount Vernon Majors baseball team scored a nice 12-1 victory over the Lewis Lancers.
The Majors (7-9) will now prepare for their game against Edison (Alexandria, VA). The Eagles go into the National game with a 7-6 record. In their last game, Edison overcame Falls Church (Falls Church, VA), 2-1, in a league game.
The Lancers (0-9) will now prepare for their game against Annandale (Annandale, VA). The Atoms go into the National game with a 7-8 record. In their last game, Annandale was overwhelmed by Thomas Jefferson Science & Technology (Alexandria, VA), 3-1, in a league game.
