Connecticut High School Lacrosse - Bacon Academy drops to Stonington

Stonington Bears (Stonington, CT) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Bacon Academy Bobcats (Colchester, CT), 15-4 in a league test.

The Bears now have a 5-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ellington for a non-league test on Saturday, April 27. Stonington will face a Knights squad coming off a 19-2 league win over Rockville (Vernon, CT). The Knights record now stands at 5-1.

In their next game, the Bobcats face the Griswold Wolverines (Griswold, CT) in a non-league test, on Saturday, April 27. Bacon Academy will attempt to move on its 0-5 season record. The Wolverines come into the test with a 1-6 record after their 17-2 non-league loss to Norwich Free Academy (Norwich, CT).
