The Mayo Spartans lacrosse team scored 10 points and held the host Century Panthers to 9 in the Spartans league win on Thursday.
The Spartans (2-1) will now prepare for their match against Owatonna (Owatonna, MN). The Huskies go into the Section 3 match with a 1-1 record. In their last match, Owatonna nudged Northfield (Northfield, MN), 14-4, in a non-league match.
The Panthers (1-1) will now prepare for their match against Mankato West (Mankato, MN). The Scarlets go into the Freelance match with a 1-2 record. In their last match, Mankato West nudged Northfield (Northfield, MN), 9-3, in a league match.
