The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Riverside Beavers (Painesville, OH) and the host Orange Lions (Pepper Pike, OH), saw Riverside's lacrosse team achieve victory over Orange by a margin of 6-1.

The Beavers (8-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Boardman (Youngstown, OH). The Spartans enter the non-league challenge with a 2-6 record. In their last challenge, Boardman was overwhelmed by Kenston (Chagrin Falls, OH), 12-9, in a league challenge.

The Lions (1-8) will now prepare for their challenge against West Geauga (Chesterland, OH). The Wolverines enter the non-league challenge with a 5-3 record. In their last challenge, West Geauga edged Green (Uniontown, OH), 15-11, in a non-league challenge.
