The crowd at Thursday's non-league test between the Christiansburg Blue Demons (Christiansburg, VA) and the host Auburn Eagles (Riner, VA), saw Christiansburg's soccer squad beat Auburn by a margin of 5-1.
The Blue Demons now sport a 6-4 record. They play next when they host Cave Spring for a River Ridge test on Tuesday, April 30. Christiansburg will meet a Knights squad coming off a 2-1 league loss to Patrick Henry (Roanoke, VA). The Knights record now stands at 8-2.
With the loss, Auburn drops to 10-3 on the season. The Eagles travel to Glenvar (Salem, VA) to meet the Highlanders in a non-league test on Monday, April 29. The Highlanders come into the test with a record of 9-0. Glenvar won 4-0 in their recent non-league test against Patrick County (Stuart, VA)
