The Veritas Christian Academy Warriors smashed the visiting The Franklin School of Innovation Thunderbolts soccer squad by a margin of 6-1 in Thursday's non-league match.
The Warriors now sport a 16-1 record. They play next when they host Pinnacle Classical Academy for a Western Piedmont Athletic match on Friday, April 26. Veritas Christian Academy will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 5-0 non-league loss to Grace Academy (Matthews, NC). The Eagles record now stands at 2-5.
With the loss, The Franklin School of Innovation drops to 0-2 on the season.
