The Cougars now sport a 8-1 record. They play next when they host Radford for a non-league match on Monday, April 29. Alleghany will face a Bobcats squad coming off a 18-0 non-league loss to Patrick County (Stuart, VA). The Bobcats record now stands at 0-7.

With the loss, James River moves to 3-9 on the season. The Knights host Carroll County (Hillsville, VA) to face the Cavaliers in a non-league match on Tuesday, April 30.
