The Mooresville Pioneers softball team scored 17 runs and limited the host Franklin Community Grizzly Cubs to 2 in the Pioneers league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, Mooresville improves its record to 4-8 on the year. The Pioneers host Roncalli (Indianapolis, IN) to clash with the Royals in a non-league game on Friday, April 26. The Royals come into the game with a record of 2-2. Roncalli won 27-1 in their recent non-league game against Franklin Central (Indianapolis, IN)

In their next game, the Grizzly Cubs clash with the Greenwood Woodmen (Greenwood, IN) in a game, on Tuesday, May 7. Franklin Community will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record.
