Next, the Comets confront the George Washington Eagles (Danville, VA) in a Piedmont challenge, on Tuesday, April 30. Halifax County will attempt to move on its 7-5 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 3-7 record after their 7-0 league win over Martinsville (Martinsville, VA).

The Phoenix now possess a 7-4 record. They take the field next when they host Chatham for a non-league challenge on Monday, April 29. Mecklenburg County will confront a Cavaliers team coming off a 6-0 league win over Galileo (Danville, VA). The Cavaliers record now stands at 3-4.
