Kentucky High School Softball - Rowan County bounces Bath County

The Rowan County Vikings routed the visiting Bath County Wildcats softball squad by a final score of 12-4 in Thursday's league battle.
The Vikings (15-5) will now prepare for their battle against Dixie Heights (Edgewood, KY). The Colonels go into the non-league battle with a 7-10 record. In their last battle, Dixie Heights notched a victory over Villa Madonna (Covington, KY), 15-0, in a league battle.
The Wildcats now possess a 19-7 record. They play next when they host Frederick Douglass for a non-league battle on Monday, April 29. Bath County will meet a Broncos squad coming off a 3-2 league win over Bryan Station (Lexington, KY). The Broncos record now stands at 12-9.
