In Thursday's non-league contest, the Byron Center Bulldogs (Byron Center, MI) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Thornapple Kellogg Trojans (Middleville, MI), by a margin of 11-3.
With the triumph, Byron Center moves its record to 10-1 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to East Kentwood (Kentwood, MI) to play the Falcons in a non-league contest on Friday, April 26. The Falcons come into the contest with a record of 5-7. East Kentwood lost 11-0 in their recent league contest against Hudsonville (Hudsonville, MI)
In their next game, the Trojans play the Ottawa Hills Bengals (Grand Rapids, MI) in a Ottawa-Kent - Gold contest, on Tuesday, April 30. Thornapple Kellogg will attempt to move on its 2-7 season record.
