The crowd at Thursday's league match between the Centennial Eagles (Ellicott City, MD) and the host Wilde Lake Wildecats (Columbia, MD), saw Centennial's softball squad achieve victory over Wilde Lake by a count of 21-5.

The Eagles now sport a 12-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to River Hill for a Howard County match on Friday, April 26. Centennial will face a Hawks squad coming off a 13-6 league win over Howard (Ellicott City, MD). The Hawks record now stands at 10-7.

With the loss, Wilde Lake falls to 1-18 on the campaign. The Wildecats host Atholton (Columbia, MD) to face the Raiders in a Howard County match on Friday, April 26. The Raiders enter the match with a record of 2-12. Atholton lost 24-6 in their recent league match against Long Reach (Columbia, MD)
