The Covenant Christian Chargers routed the host Kenowa Hills Knights softball squad by a final score of 10-2 in Thursday's non-league battle.
The Chargers (4-3) will now prepare for their battle against West Ottawa (Holland, MI). The Panthers go into the non-league battle with a 0-11 record. In their last battle, West Ottawa was routed by Caledonia (Caledonia, MI), 18-0, in a league battle.
The Knights now possess a 6-3 record. They play next when they travel to Catholic Central for a battle on Wednesday, May 1. Kenowa Hills will meet a Cougars squad coming off a 11-6 non-league win over West Catholic (Grand Rapids, MI). The Cougars record now stands at 6-1.
